How to Calculate Running Pace
Pace (min/mile) = Total Minutes / Miles
Example: 5K (3.1 miles) in 28:30. Pace = 28.5 / 3.1 = 9:11 min/mile. Or 28.5 / 5 = 5:42 min/km.
